Return and Refund Policy

Returns accepted for EXCHANGE ONLY within 30 days. 

-All returned merchandise must be in new condition. 

-Uniform orders may be returned for exchange of size or style for store credit only.  

-Please contact us directly to request an exchange. Email to: sales@idealschoolapparel.com  Please let us know what items and sizes you would like to exchange and we will be glad to send you return instructions for your items. 

-Exchange items should be sent directly to us, do not return uniforms to school.  

-Ideal School Apparel is not responsible for any items left at the school office and school staff cannot facilitate any exchanges for customers.
